Cancellation policy: A deposit of 50% is required to confirm
your reservation.
Cancellations on all reservations require a (60) day notice
to receive reimbursement of deposit, less a processing fee
of $10 per room up to a maximum of $50. If canceling a reservation
within the (60) days notice, we will retain the full deposit.
If canceling within 12 days of reservation, we will retain
the deposit plus charge your account the remaining balance
unless we are able to re-sell the room. NO SHOW will be
charged the remaining balance.
